A Tale of Love, Flour, and Childhood Memories.
In the cozy warmth of our family kitchen, where the aroma of freshly baked bread by my mother mingled with laughter, the seeds of Fall in Loaf were sown. My journey into the heart of sourdough baking began not just with flour and water, but with love and memories.

As a child, my hands were always covered in chalk, a testament to my innate love for creating with my hands. These 'chalky' hands, once scribbling dreams on school blackboards, found a new canvas in the art of baking!
It was in September 2019 when these memories intertwined with the loving guidance of my mother, Viola. Her skilled hands, which had long turned simple ingredients into magic, passed on to me not just the techniques of sourdough baking but the soul that goes into every mix and knead. Under her tutelage, the sensation of flour on my hands evoked those chalk-dusted days, bridging my childhood creativity with my culinary passion.

"With every loaf, I strive to celebrate her teachings, infusing every bread with the same love, care, and joy she instilled in me. Our journey at Fall in Loaf is more than baking tasty bread; it's a tribute to those humble beginnings, a mother's talent, and the relentless work of creating savory loaves with one's own hands."
